How can McCain lower taxes and pay for his neverending war? Meredith Viera told me that I already am never going to be able to retire because of the gutting of the Social Security system. Now I am wary of things like Medicare lasting through another Republican administration. Arrgh.

Please stop. McCain is not “cool.” He’s not “maverick.” Now the media is putting the meme out there that he’s like the “Apple of American politics.” Good grief. No. He’s not. Stop it.
I’m really going to cringe when someone says that McCain is trying to rebrand the Republican party.
